Chapter 34: My Everything

 

Blake’s P.O.V.

I woke up from my nap by the sound of my phone ringing. I swear if that’s Nae, I’m tossing my phone to the wall. “Hello?” I asked.

“Come over,” was all Mere said before hanging up. I stared at my phone in shock. I got up and grabbed my keys before I drove to her house.

I knocked on the door and she opened it. Her eyes were puffy and she looked exhausted. She let me in and walked towards the dining room. She sat down and I did the same. It was silent for a moment before she spoke.

“I listened to the voicemails,” she glanced at me. My heart started beating faster at the thought of her listening to them; I was an emotional wreck.

“Oh,” I was shocked because I didn’t expect her to. She seemed so done with me last night that I thought she would never talk to me again.

“You said a lot of shit,” she laughed.

“I know,” I let out a chuckle.

“But one thing stood out,” she locked eyes with me. I nodded knowing where this was going. “You really love me?” She asked me.

“Of course I do Mere; I wouldn’t lie about something like that,” I sighed.

“Why? Why now? We’ve tried a relationship and a certain someone got in the way. How do I know that won’t happen again?” She crossed her arms.

“Last time I wasn’t in love with you. I was trying to fall out of love with Nae. You can’t force yourself to fall out of love with someone. It just happens and that is what happened. Over time I started to love you and started to stop loving Nae. You bring out the best in me, you already know that,” I wiped a couple of tears.

“Do I?” She raised an eyebrow at me

“Yes you do,” I locked my eyes with her. She kept her straight face while observing me. She could read me like an open book so I knew that was exactly what she was doing. She finally looked back in my eyes before cracking a smile.

“Come here,” she stood and opened her arms. I got up hugged her; it felt nice to be in her arms again. “I love you too,” she whispered before kissing me.

 

Mylan’s P.O.V.

I quickly ran out the school when Robby signed me out for lunch. “Hey My,” he said once I jump into his arms.

“Hi Robby!” I smiled. He started to be a lot nicer; he said he was on some bad stuff and started to get better. He’s in rehab, whatever that is. I hopped in the car and jumped on Caiah. “Hi Caiah!” I hugged him.

 

“Hi My!” He hugged me back. I thought he was gone with Mommy but Robby said he didn’t. He also said that he was my twin. It was cool but I had to promise him that I won’t tell Mommy. I don’t know why but I wanted to hang out with Caiah. He took us to Buffalo Wild Wings and I grinned because I told him a while ago that this was my favorite place to eat. As we were eating I saw Cousin Blake walk in with Auntie Mere. They kissed and I looked away; kissing is nasty.

 

 

Blake’s P.O.V.

“I can’t stop saying that I love you,” I told Mere.

“I don’t ever want you to stop,” she smirked as we looked over the menu.

“So do you wanna split the wings?” I asked her but she was focused on something behind me.

“What’s wrong?” I looked at her in worry.

“Isn’t that Mylan?” She scrunched up her face. I turned around and was shocked. That was Mylan but that was also Nicki’s dad. They were with another little boy who looked like someone but that was impossible. I quickly got up and walked over.

“Cousin Blake!” My jumped on me. I picked her up and stared at Robert.

“Hello Blakelynn,” he smiled at me. He acted like everything was fine and this was another normal day activity.

“What are you doing with her?” I snapped at him. He knew Nicki was pissed when she found out that he picked her up the first time.

“Her brother and I wanted to have lunch with her,” he said softly. He went and had another kid when he was gone?

“Brother?” I looked at the kid as he turned around. I gasped as I observed him; I had to have been dreaming because this is not real.

“Hi, I’m Micaiah but everyone calls me Caiah,” he grinned wide.

“He’s supposed to be dead,” I turned and looked at Robert in shock.

“You okay babe?” Mere came up and wrapped her arms around me. “Hi, I’m Chimere,” She reached her hand out.

“I’m Robert and this is my son Caiah,” he introduced himself while shaking her hand. “Aren’t you just a cutie,” she told Caiah and he giggled.

“Mere, this is Mylan’s birth father,” I said cautiously.

“Birth father? Oh this isn’t good,” she looked at me. She knew everything that went on between him.

“This is Mylan’s brother Caiah who’s supposed to be dead. Is Nicki’s mom really dead or is she alive too?” I glared at him.

“She really did die. The hospital thought Caiah died because the car was severely damaged. They thought his body burned up like his mom but he didn’t. He escaped and they found him on the street. They called me and I took him. I didn’t know where my daughters went because no one told me so I kept Caiah. I didn’t want another one of my kids taken away from me,” he explained.

 “You could have figured it out!” I raised my voice.

“I guess your mother told you. I don’t know if you and Paris are my daughters but while I’m here, we can get a DNA test someday,” he offered.

“I already know who my dad is and it isn’t you. Even if it’s not by blood,” I spat. I couldn’t stand the thought of having half of his blood running through my bones so I would rather stick with the 50% chance.

“You should still make sure. I’m about to leave, you can take My back to school if you want,” he spoke before My wiggled out of my arms and hugged them. They left and I looked at My.

“How long has he been coming to your school?” I asked her.

“A couple of months,” she shrugged. She looked nervous as if she just got in trouble but she kind of just did.

“Why didn’t you tell Mommy?” I looked at her.

“He made me promise not to. If I did then he said he wouldn’t be able to see me anymore,” she said softly.

“Let’s go home, you’re not going back to school,” I picked her up and we all left.

 

Nicki’s P.O.V.

Aubrey and I were cuddling on the couch as we watch some random movie. “I’m sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable hanging out with him that late,” I apologized.

“I’m still getting use to you hanging out with him. Just make sure you’re not with him when it’s dark and then I’ll be fine. I’m trust you,” he pecked my lips.

“I love how aggressive you were last night,” I smirked.

“We should argue more then,” he grinned as he leaned in to kiss me. He kissed me back before we heard the door being unlocked. Only Mere and Shad had a key and Shad was with Cassie. I saw Blake, Mere, and My walk in.

“Awww, are y’all together? I told you!” I smiled at them but they didn’t return it. “Wait why did you bring My; School doesn’t end for another two hours,” I scrunched my face up. They sat down and Blake put My on her lap.

“Tell mommy what has been going on,” she encouraged her.

“Robby has been picking me up at lunch time for months,” she spoke softly.

“Who’s Robby?” I asked confused.

“Robert,” Mere stated.

“What the hell!?” I stood up.

“That’s not all,” Blake looked at me.

“He brings my twin Caiah with him,” My mumbled.

“Your what?” I looked at her like she was crazy.

“My twin Caiah,” she looked up at me.

“Caiah is dead,” I said sternly. What kind of sick game was Robert playing? This is absolutely horrible.

“No he’s not Nic,” Blake sighed. They sat me down and told me what happened today.

“He’s going through rehab?” I asked My. He refused to go to rehab when mom asked him to so to hear that he actually did was shocking.

“He said he got so well that he only goes at certain hours,” My grinned.

“He hasn’t done anything to hurt you?” I locked eyes with her.

“Nope, he’s awesome,” she smiled. I sighed and let all of this soak in.

“You could have told me!” I yelled to Robert over the phone.

“I couldn’t find you! When I tried to tell you, you told me to stay away!” He yelled back.

“You shouldn’t have been going behind my back and picking her up,” I snapped.

“You wouldn’t let me see her any other way,” he sighed.

“Because you gave her a bruise,” I reminded him.

“I was going through thing and I went through rehab. I’m getting better and I miss having you and My in my life. Can you just come over for dinner and talk this all out. You can see Caiah and bring My,” he pleaded. I could hear the honesty over the phone.

“I want to go out to eat and I also want to bring a few people. I want my boyfriend, Blake, Paris, and Chimere to come also,” I explained. I was not gonna be up in his house alone with him.

“Deal, text me where and we can meet up later,” he perked up.

“Okay,” I said about to hang out.

“Bye Onika,” he said softly. I took a deep breath trying to contain myself and hold my tears in.

“Bye Dad,” I hung up and let some tears go. Blake was on my right as Mere was on my left.

“It’s gonna be okay,” Blake said while wiping my tears. I nodded trying to get myself together.

“I want a DNA test,” Paris snapped at Blake on the car ride to the restaurant.

“Well I don’t,” Blake snapped back. This is the first time they’re talking in while.

“You don’t have a right to decided that for me,” Paris glared at her.

“Oh I think I do, let’s go over the facts. I’m older and I didn’t keep the fact that I had a twin away from you!” Blake returned her glare. They look too much alike at this moment.

“Fine,” Paris huffed. We finally made is to the place and got out. We spotted Robert and a little boy at a table and we all went over. I stared at Caiah in shock.

“Caiah, that’s Nicki. You know your other sister,” he explained to him.

“Hi Nicki!” He ran and hugged me. I picked him up and hugged him close. “I’ve always wanted to see you again,” he smiled wide before I put him down. I wiped my tears before sitting down.

“Hello Paris and Blakelynn,” Robert acknowledged them.

“Hi,” Paris shot him a small smile. Blake was silent until Mere elbowed her.

“Hi,” she rolled her eyes.

“Hey Chimere and it’s Drake right?” He spoke to them.

“Hey,” Mere smiled.

“Yeah it’s Drake,” Aubrey said before asking what My wanted.

“Robby! This is my Daddy!” Mylan told him.

“I can see that,” he had a sad smile but it looks like he has accepted this. We ate and actually had a good time. Before we left, Robert pulled me aside. “I’m sorry for everything I’ve done. I didn’t know it would go as far as it did. I just want my kids back and I know you might never forgive me but at least I can try,” he shrugged. I sucked up my pride and hugged him.

“I’ve missed you dad,” I cried. I’ve missed having him in my life so much. He was a great father when he wasn’t on drugs so I hope he can stay off of them.

“I’ve missed you too Nika,” he kissed the top of my head.

“You promise to stay off drugs?” I held my pinkie out. He laughed before connecting his to mine.

“I promise,” he smiled. I hugged him one more time before hugging Caiah and promising him that I’ll see him soon. This might has been amazing.

I was in bed with Drake and My after we came back home. “I had so much fun,” My smiled.

“I did too baby,” I kissed her forehead.

“Your Dad ain’t so bad when he’s off drugs,” Aubrey said. I smiled and pecked his lips. Dad spoke to Aubrey privately and told him that he respected that he stepped up the plate and became My’s dad. They were cool now so that made things easier.

“I can’t believe he’s alive,” I cried. Aubrey pulled me close and smiled.

“I know,” he pecked my lips. My groaned at seeing us kiss. I laughed as Aubrey attacked her with kisses.

“Daddy stop!” She giggled. He stopped as we all slowly started to fall asleep. I thank god that this day happened; I really needed it.

 

Nae’s P.O.V.

“Give me the pills,” I told him.

“Give me the pussy,” he grinned. A smirk grew on my face; I knew his ass would ask me that.

“You were gonna get it anyway,” I laughed as I straddled him. He gave me some pills and I popped them.

“I love you babe,” he said as he kissed me.

“I love you too. Happy one year anniversary,” I smiled before taking off his shirt.

 



Seriously this story bores the living life out of me. I'm only continuing it because I've already written chapters all the way to 81. Compared to a different story that I'm writing, this is boring. I'm not even sure if I'm gonna put up the story I'm working on. I'm writing it more for fun than anything else AND since I'm feeling nice, here's a little preview for chapter 35. It's in Drake's P.O.V.





 

“Guys, this is Jaymie. Jaymie this is Nicki, Mylan, and Drake,” he introduced us. I eyed her and then something clicked in my head.

“Hi,” she smiled and shook Nicki’s hand. She got to me and forced a smile. I tried to hold in my laugh while returning the forced smile. She rolled her eyes before extending her hand.

“Hello,” she shook my hand before talking to My. We all sat around getting to know each other. It’s not like I need to get to know her, I know everything about her.

“So Jaymie, where are you from?” I smirked. I already knew the answer to that but I thought I should have a little fun. I wouldn’t mind messing with her for a bit.

“I’m from Toronto, Canada,” she cut her eyes at me. I knew that she wanted me to stop but I was just getting started.

“Babe, you’re from there,” Nicki told me. I nodded while staring at Jaymie. Jaymie gave me a look warning me to stop but I ignored her.

“How did you two meet?” I looked in between them. They looked like total opposites and he is not the kind of guy she’s into. She told me that she would never date a kid and that’s exactly who he is.

“I met Jaymie through family friends,” Daven explained. Family friends my ass, they had to have met through Kolbie.

“You have family?” I cocked my head. She cut her eyes at me and I just shot her an innocent look. She doesn’t have any family that’s still living besides her cousin.

“Well I’m gonna go to the bathroom,” she stood quickly and left. Looks like she couldn’t take the heat that well.

“What’s your problem?” Nicki hissed at me. Why is she getting mad at me? I didn’t do anything wrong in my opinion.

“I was just trying to get to know her,” I shrugged. Those questions were friendly enough, it’s not my fault that she stormed out.

“Bullshit, go over there and apologize to her,” Nicki pushed me up before going over to sit next to Daven. I got up and walked towards the bathroom. I didn’t know where it was but I got pulled into a room.

“What the hell?” I looked around and saw a very pissed off Jaymie. She raised her hand and slapped me hard. “What the fuck Jayms!?” I held my burning cheek.
